How do I clean my jewelry?
You should clean your jewelry every couple of weeks to keep it shining and happy. Start by cleaning your jewelry using a non-abrasive soap, such as dish washing liquid, combined with warm water and a soft cloth or toothbrush to remove oils, dirt, lotion, sunblock, makeup, etc.

Silver, bi metal and gold pieces can then be dipped in a liquid  jewelry cleaner I like the product Tarn-X  which can be found at Home Depot and Walgreens. Please follow the directions on the cleaner, we are not responsible for any damage due to improper cleaning.
Jewelry with an oxidized finish (black or gray) should not be dipped into any anti tarnish cleaners, dish soap and hot water should do the trick!



I lost an earring or need a repair, what are my options?
Please mail the remaining back to me and I will happily replace it at half the cost of the original pair. If you need something repaired, mail it back as well.
Please use a rigid box or well padded envelope and be sure to include your contact & return address inside the package.
If the piece is damaged due to being improperly packaged you will be charged for the subsequent repairs.

Returns and Exchanges
I do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase date. Jewelry must be unworn and undamaged.



I need a different size!
No problem, my jewelry is made to order so it can be made any size you need. Cost may be effected dependent of the addition or subtraction of metal. Email us for a cost estimate -  jen@lushmetals.com



Do you do custom work? Engagement and wedding bands?
Absolutely, I'm happy to do custom pieces and can design within the style of my own work. I do not replicate designs from other artists or companies.
All inquiries are welcome within reason.
All custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable and require a deposit.


Do you offer rush/overnight shipping?
Unless an item ordered is in stock, all jewelry is made to order. Fabrication can take up to 2 weeks depending on the item and season. Ground and 2nd Day shipping via UPS and USPS Priority are my shipping methods unless otherwise requested, please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific arrival date



Can I visit your studio?
Studio visits are made by appointment only.
